Escape the winter chill with a warm mug of this decadent Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha drink.
Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha

Makes about 7½ cups
Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 5¼ teaspoons instant espresso powder
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2½ cups White Chocolate Ganache (recipe follows)
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
- Chopped soft peppermint candies
- Sweetened whipped cream
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, bring 4 cups water to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir in espresso until dissolved. Stir in milk, White Chocolate Ganache, and extract, and bring to a boil; cook for 1 minute.
- Lightly dip rims of mugs into water, then in chopped peppermint. Pour espresso mixture into mugs, and top with whipped cream and peppermint; serve immediately.

- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 4 (4-ounce) bars white chocolate, chopped
Instructions
- In the top of double boiler, cook cream and chocolate over medium heat, stirring frequently, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth; remove from heat.
