Moroccan-Spiced Halibut

Ingredients
  1. ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  2. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  3. 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  4. 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  5. 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  6. 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  7. 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  8. ¾ teaspoon salt
  9. ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  10. 8 (6-ounce) skin-on halibut fillets
Instructions
  1. In a large heavy-duty resealable plastic bag, oil and next 8 ingredients; add halibut. Seal bag, toss gently to combine, and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (350° to 400°). Remove fish from bag, discarding marinade.
  3. Grill fish, covered with the grill lid, turning once, for 8 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
