Moroccan-Spiced Halibut

Ingredients
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 8 (6-ounce) skin-on halibut fillets
Instructions
- In a large heavy-duty resealable plastic bag, oil and next 8 ingredients; add halibut. Seal bag, toss gently to combine, and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (350° to 400°). Remove fish from bag, discarding marinade.
- Grill fish, covered with the grill lid, turning once, for 8 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
