How to Enter:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. To Enter the Sweepstakes, go to www.cookingwithpauladeen.com/havertys and follow the directions. Limit one entry per e-mail account per day. Sweepstakes begins 12:01 a.m. Central Time (CT) April 10, 2008 and ends on entry deadline of 11:59 p.m. CT December 31, 2008. All entries must be received by the entry deadline. You may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails from Sponsor(s) or affiliates of same. Consent is optional and does not affect your eligibility or improve your chances of winning. All entries become the property of Hoffman Media and will not be returned or acknowledged. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

Eligibility:
This Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents who have reached the age of majority in their state of residency at the time of entry. Employees of Hoffman Media, Havertys (“Sponsors”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, suppliers, and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses) are not eligible. Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.

Prizes:
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries to receive a $1,000 Havertys Gift Card (ARV: $1,000). Any expenses or costs associated with acceptance, possession, or use of the above prize are the responsibility of the Prize Winner. Gift card is good only for in-store purchases at Havertys and cannot be used online or at any store other than Havertys. Gift card redemption is subject to Havertys terms, policies, and procedures. Prize is nonassignable and nontransferable, except at the sole discretion of Hoffman Media and Havertys, and no cash in lieu of prize or exchange or substitution of prize except at the sole discretion of Hoffman Media, which reserves the right to substitute a prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value. Havertys delivery area is limited to the Havertys standard delivery area as found on www.havertys.com. Havertys stores are located only in TX, KS, MO, AR, AL, MS, TN, KY, IN, OH, FL, MD, VA, NC, SC, GA, and Havertys delivery area may be restricted to those states and may exclude all major metropolitan areas. All federal, state, and local income taxes on prize are the responsibility of the winner. Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of the prize and may be required to sign a Release of Liability and/or an Affidavit or Statement of Eligibility. Failure to submit any required documents will result in disqualification.

Drawing and Notification:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of Hoffman Media on or about January 16, 2009, from among all eligible entries. Selected winner will be notified by telephone and must accept prize within twenty-four (24) hours from time of notification, or selected winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. You may request the name of the winner by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your request to Have Your Dream Room Havertys Sweepstakes WINNER LIST, Hoffman Media, 1900 International Park Drive, Suite 50, Birmingham, AL 35243. Any evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes will result in disqualification of the individual(s) involved. Sponsors reserve the right to terminate, modify, or suspend Sweepstakes if, for any reason, Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned because of circumstances or causes which in the Sponsors’ sole judgment, affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes. If Sweepstakes is terminated or suspended, Hoffman Media reserves the right in its sole discretion to conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received as of the termination date. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, HOFFMAN MEDIA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Release of Liability
Hoffman Media is not responsible for inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries or for lost, late, incomplete, mutilated, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. By submitting an entry, you agree to release Hoffman Media, Sweepstakes promoter, Sweepstakes administrator, any Sponsor(s), and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates, respective owners, and subsidiaries from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prizes. You accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor(s), whose decision is final relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, selection of winner, and awarding of prize. Any and all warranties, guarantees and/or limitations relating to a prize or redemption of same, if any, are subject to the provider’s terms. By acceptance of the prize, Winner consents to the use of his/her name and photo for publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
