Tailgating and Barbecuing Tips

Tailgating Tips:

1. First and foremost, make sure you have plenty of great food and plenty of friends and family around.

2. You always want to go with charcoal. Charcoal means more flavor. Too many people fire up gas grills and lose the irreplaceable smoky flavor.

3. You need plenty of time. Barbecuing is all about the time you spend with your friends and family outdoors. Don't rush the experience.

Simple and Easy Barbecuing Tips:

1. Build a two-zone fire, with charcoal on one side of the grill and a void on the other. This allows a place to keep your food warm while people fix their plates and come back for seconds.

2. Anything you can cook indoors you can also cook outdoors with even more flavor. Try grilling veggies and meat skewers of all kinds.

3. Prep ahead of time. Marinate and season the day before. Prepare side dishes ahead of time, and cook as you are barbecuing the next day.

4. Enjoy friends and family, and relax while everything is on the grill.
