How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Enter the Sweepstakes by going to www.pauladeenmagazine.com and completing the online entry form by providing your name, complete address, phone number, and valid e-mail address. Limit one online entry per person and per e-mail address. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (CT) June 15, 2010 and ends on entry deadline of 11:59 p.m. CT August 31, 2010. All entries must be received by the entry deadline. Information provided by you to participate in this Sweepstakes is subject to the privacy policy of Hoffman Media. All entries become the property of Hoffman Media and will not be returned or acknowledged. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States who have reached the age of majority in their state of residency at the time of entry. Employees of Hoffman Media, The Sherwin-Williams Company, Domino/C&H Sugar, other promotional partners, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, children and their spouses) or persons living in the same household are not eligible. Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.

Prizes: Grand Prize: One (1) winner will be randomly selected, and will receive: a maximum $1,000 credit to be used toward two airline tickets from any city in the U.S. to Savannah, Georgia; a maximum $500 credit to be used toward two-night, one-room standard accommodations in Savannah, Georgia (must be booked through Cooking with Paula Deen magazine); a maximum $100 credit to be used toward dinner for two at Lady and Sons Restaurant in Savannah, Georgia (trip must be booked through Cooking with Paula Deen magazine and be taken by Dec. 31, 2010); and a $500 Sherwin-Williams gift card (approximate retail value: $2,100). Two (2) additional winners will be randomly selected, and will each receive a year’s supply of Domino/C&H Granulated Sugar (12-$4.00 coupons), a year’s supply of Domino/C&H Powdered or Brown Sugar (12- $2.00 coupons), and a $250 Sherwin-Williams gift card (retail value: $322). The difference between actual retail value and estimated retail value of prize will not be awarded. Prizes are not assignable and transferable. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Hoffman Media reserves the right to substitute a prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, and local income taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winners. Winners will be required to furnish their social security numbers for the sole purpose of preparation of any tax forms as required by law.

Drawing and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of Hoffman Media on or about September 1, 2010 from among all eligible entries. Selected winners will be notified on or about September 5, 2010 by e-mail, and must accept prize within twenty-four (24) hours from time of notification, or they will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Any potential winner who cannot be easily located at the address and phone number provided, or who fails to complete and return an Affidavit or Statement of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and any required tax documents within the required time period will forfeit his or her prize, and an alternate winner will be selected. The travel companion of the Grand Prize winner will also be required to sign a travel liability waiver. You may request the name of the winners by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your request to Christmas at Paula’s Reader Sweepstakes WINNER, Attn: Jennifer Jaquess, Hoffman Media, 1900 International Park Drive, Suite 50, Birmingham, AL 35243. All requests for winner information must be received by September 15, 2010. Any evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes will result in disqualification of the individual(s) involved. Hoffman Media and the promotional partners reserve the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if, in their sole opinion, circumstances or causes adversely affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated or suspended, Hoffman Media reserves the right in its sole discretion to conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Notice of any early termination of Sweepstakes will be posted on the website. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, HOFFMAN MEDIA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Release of Liability: Hoffman Media is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone, network, website, Internet, or ISP malfunctions, errors, or failures of any kind, or for any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes, or for the inability to access the website, or for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries, or for lost, late, incomplete, mutilated, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. By submitting an entry, you agree to release Hoffman Media, The Sherwin-Williams Company, Domino/C&H Sugar, any other promotional partners, their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates, owners, and subsidiaries from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with participation in the Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prizes. You accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Hoffman Media, whose decision is final relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, selection of winners, and awarding of prizes. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees relating to a prize, if any, are subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty and/or guarantee. By acceptance of the prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name and photo for publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
